Government promoted 8 Secretaries to Senior Secretary Positions

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a circular dated 9 January 2012 promoting 8 secretaries to Senior Secretary positions of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Mr. Md. Humayun Kabir, former Secretary and now Senior Secretary of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is one of the 8 Senior Secretaries. As we know, Mr. Kabir deserves this recogntion due to his competence, seniority, devotion to the work and outstanding contributions for this country. The Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina received the UN Award 2011 titled "Digital Health for Digital Development" in a colorful ceremony held in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel of New York, USA on 19 September 2011.
